PENDING Task Sequence socket connect error 0x80072ee2

Hi,
Whenever i try to image a device task sequence is getting stuck at "retrieving policy screen" and then fails.
I have checked the SMSTS logs and it fails to connect the socket.
I have checked 1433 port is enabled
Correct Boundaries are set
I have restarted the WDS services
i have renamed the device deleted from AD but nothing works
Please Help troubleshoot this

The error 0x80072EE2 in this case is not related to Configuration Manager; rather it has to do with the network policies and security devices.
