PENDING Task Sequence Fails immediately Error 0x80004005

My task sequence failes immediately on several machines with the following error 0x80004005. I attached the smsts.log. Thanks for yalls help in advance.

how many management points do you have in your setup?. I see two in the log file - SCCMMP02.springisd.local & SCCMMP01.springisd.local.
