NEW Task Sequence Can't Run - Package ID

Had someone call me today to report they couldn't image a computer because it was failing. Tried myself and getting the error message "Failed to Run Task Sequence" - The task sequence cannot be run because the program files for <package ID> cannot be located on a distribution point.

I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find the package ID anywhere. Opened up every Task Sequence and can't find any reference. Searched through SCCM. Nothing.

I can't really tell anything from the smsts.log either.

Just to update I removed the deployment from the initial TS and was unable to redeploy it (greyed out). Copied the TS and was able to deploy it and image with no problem.
