SOLVED Suggestion for a Tactful User Notification via Script push to Device Collection

Hello!

I have been tasked with creating a PS script that notifies the user that they must bring their laptop in for replacement or open a ticket to have one shipped out. I will then push it out via the Script feature to a specific device collection. Any recommendations on Wording and scripting would be much appreciated! This is for v1902.
