PENDING Start PXE overIPV4

PXE is not responding to client request. Log
changes recently made before this
Created Client and DP server certificates through Certificate Authority
Group policy enabled for client auto enrollment
Enabled to DP from HTTP to HTTPS
configured IIS for Binding both WSUS and Default Web with DP Cert
Removed PXE Configuration
When Re-enabling PXE, i get the following error "SMSTempBootFiles is unavailable" , checked Remoteinstall and could find the files, WDS Service stopped

Is the WDS service running fine ?. Any screenshots will definitely help.
