PENDING SQL Server Security Mode warning during SCCM setup

I was running the Prerequisite Checker for Configuration Manager, and I receive a warning that I should operate in windows authentication only. But I believe the server is only running in windows authentication only already. How do I clear the warning?

It is a warning only, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Also keep in mind that this this check will happen for SSRS and WSUS. the log will tell you exactly what SQL server is triggering the warning.
