PENDING SQL Server Poly Database Engine and Data Management "start Pending or stuck on startup."

Hi Prajwal,

I hope you are doing well!
Please help me to find the solution of SQL Server Poly Database Engine and Data Management "start Pending or stuck on startup."
I have also checked the TCP/IP is enabled, But it does not start, showing start pending and I also checked the logon service one time on local user and another time on domain user; it does not work Please suggest the solution to this.

I am using MS server 2016 with SQL 2016 server and SCCM configuration MGR 2403
