NEW SQL Server Native Client errors after install Service connection point role

Once we install service connection point role on the primary site server, we notice these errors:
08S01 10054 SQL Server Native Client 11.0 An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Once we uninstall the role, errors dissapear.

We need instal the role in order to upgrade SCCM 1606 to newer versions.
