Hi all,
Been trying to figure out this issue for a few days now.

Suddenly half of our 1000 clients cannot install software anymore, the status is Downloading (0% complete).

Most of the time this is because of incorrect Boundary Groups etc, we checked everything and even clients in the same subnet will work correctly.

Normally I can see in the locationservice.log that the client is requesting the location, but this in case this request will never go to the MP. In the MP_Location.log I can see the working client IP address, but with the non-working there is no entry available.

Created and Sent Location Request {GUID} for package Content_{GUID} is the only thing I can see happening when clicking on install.

So it's not related to the fact that the wrong DP or no DP is being communicated, but it looks like this request will never be picked up by the MP. Sometimes a client with this issue can suddenly start working after a while.

Question:
What kind of logs or information can I acquire to make sure the communication between the client and MP is OK
How can I proceed troubleshooting since there is no error in the client log files or server side.

I hope somebody here can help.

With kind regards,
Stefan
