What is the good practice of managing updates (critical, security and functionality) of Windows 10 with SCCM. In the Software Update Point Component Property Wizard should I choose Windows 10 or Windows 10 LTSB?

It depends of your OS clients, if you have LTSB version, you can choose just "Windows 10 LTSB", but if you have LTSB and CBB, you need to enable the both.
