Hi
We have just reconfigured our SCCM server to a new virtual Windows 2022 server. After that, we are unable to sync our software update point in SCCM. I have gone through the wsyncmgr.log and found that error. The error only comes out when we enable the upgrade option in the SUP configuration. WSUS service is running on the same server as we have a single site.
“ Failed to sync update fb254cec-a1ba-457b-96da-35de27a7c2ba. Error: The Microsoft Software License Terms have not been completely downloaded and cannot be accepted. Source: Microsoft.UpdateServices.Internal.BaseApi.LicenseAgreement.GetById”
I have checked the file permission for the wsuscontent folder and full access has been provided for the network services account. However, there is no EULA downloaded in the wsuscontent folder,in fact wsuscontent folder is empty.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
