PENDING Software Update point Doesn't show Driver update

Hi all,
I want to update Clients system drivers by SUP.but in Classifications , drivers is not listed. So How can I do that?
another problem is for Office 2019 updates. I checked Office 2019 in Product list. but SUP doesnt show Office 2019 updates.

When you configured SUP, did you run the initial sync ?. Check the wsyncmgr.log file if there are any errors during sync.
