Hello, May i know why software scan is not showing in client activity?

have you reviewed the log files?

Hello, My actual problem is when am generating some report like: Computers with specific software registered in Add Remove Programs . I can see some applications (attached) with count 1. when i click on the application name. The source is empty.

Kindly help.

That is because the version number is null. I wrote a fix for this but I can't quickly find it. I will look for it tomorrow when I'm in the office.
