PENDING SMS_Executive Service failing to start

This is on my test lab. Servers where configured. Completed all steps and everything was working fine. Shut down everything, rebooted a few hours later and SMS_Executive Service will not start. See below smsexec.log.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those errors are related to SQL server and ConfigMgr DB. Can you confirm if the SQL server is online and accesible?

Looked like some SQL Services were disabled for some reason. I set them all to auto. Log looks better but sevice still wont stay running. When I had the errors in the log, the admin console would not even populate, now that the sql services are running the admin console is populated. But still the SMS_Executive will not stay running. More pics and log file for review. Thanks for your help I appreciate it.
