PENDING SMS_BUSINESS_APP issue

Hello everyone!

I just updated our SCCM server from 1806 to 2010 (I have yet to apply the hotfix yet). I wanted to get the business app part running first.

So since I updated it to this version the SMS_BUSINESS_APP_PROCESS_MANAGER will no longer start. I have attached both the business app log and the smsexec log. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just started this new job managing their SCCM server on monday and saw it was way out of date. At my previous job i had 0 issues with updating sccm to 2010...
