Hello All

A many of my computers showing no clients in the SCCM console. who are getting updates from Internet DP only those computer showing no clint or not report in sccm . Will you help me fix this?

What is Internet DP ?. What methods have you used to deploy client agents on your computers ?.

Thanks for replay , i have confider Internet-Based Client Management (IBCM) , for remote user .
only remote user not showing on sccm console

Hi ,
Logs will says all. Make sure that port should be Open b/w client and IBCM server
Server log
1.MPcontrol.log – On your IBCM management point, this log will verify that certificates are being used properly for HTTPS, display communication tests against itself, and show that the management point is functioning properly.

2. C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles

Client Logs
1.LocationServices.log – This log will verify that your SCCM client is able to find your Internet-facing management point when it is off your domain network.

2.ClientIDManagerStartup.log – This log will verify successful use of certificates and communication with your Internet-facing management point.
