NEW Showing enforcement state unknown error

have a 500 Clients(and possibly more) where I have pushed out a software update and that the client state is 'Enforcement state unknown'

Any idea why this has not updated to 'Update installed'? Where should I be looking to troubleshoot?please help me

The content of software update has been successfully downloaded and distributed to your DP's ? checks if clients are able to access update sharing.

Try to run the Scan Updates on the client's Actions tab manually (in your SCCM Client).
