Hello,

Is it necessary to put SCCM servers in the administrators group of the managed computers?

Thank you.

Hello,

This feels like a trick question, as there must be more to this question. But no you don't need to be Admin on server server but.... Why are you asking???

Because in my company we have a GPO that insert this servers in admin group.
This is from many years ago and we are cleaning GPOs.
Thank you.
The only reason might be to allow for the ConfigMgr client install but... It is not an ongoing requirement.
