Hi All, This issue has really baffled me...
So I have managed to update all 40 Secondary Sites after upgrading the primary from 1906 > 1910 with no issues.
However, there is just ONE single secondary site that is failing.
After inspecting the ConfigMgrSetup.log I found these errors: (screenshots attached for better visibility).
Anyone has any clues, I have searched and tried the usual stuff, with no luck...
Your help is really appreciated...

Failed to open file (\\?\D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUClient\x64\ClientUpdate\*.msp) to check file type 0x8007007b
Failed to check if file \\?\D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUClient\x64\ClientUpdate\*.msp exists with error 0.
Failed to open file (\\?\D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUClient\x64\ClientUpdate\*.msp) to check file type 0x8007007b
INFO: Failed to check if file \\?\D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUClient\x64\ClientUpdate\*.msp exists (LastError=0x8007007b). No zapping is done.
