PENDING Secondary Site Stuck in 'Upgrade' state

Hi, I upgraded all my Secondary sites to 2111 last night, they all ran successfully except one site which failed the pre-reqs as a reboot was required and the last message was
[Failed]:ConfigMgr Setup - Failed to Upgrade site.

I have since rebooted the server but the installation has not commenced again and the boxes for Upgrade/recover/retry are all greyed out.

Can anyone advise how to get the status back to 'site active' so I can run the upgrade again?

Any other errors that you see in the log files?.

ConfigMgrSetup.Log, SMS_Bootstrap.log, SMStsvc.log

ConfigMgrSetup.Log, SMS_Bootstrap.log both haven't been touched since the last upgrade in 2021.

SMStsvc.log has entries but nothing of note. The last one is 17.07 last night which is a few seconds before the pre req and the update failed.

The Primary site just seems to have stuck on Upgrade and isnt trying to upgrade it anymore.
