PENDING Secondary Site Replication issue

Hello,
We have a many secondary site all are working fine but 1 location secondary site server not able communicate parent site is't showing Links configured but not replicating
Replication analyser link syas SQL issue but SQL port and inbound out bond properly configured
I spend so much of time trabuoshoting but no luck
Finally I think un insatall and reinstall secondary site
it is better way to create new Secondary site or not?????

No When I installed New Secondary Site Same status not resolved
