PENDING SCEP Not Enabled

Hi All,
I have a strange case, SCEP is not enabled in my environment. However, I can see the Endpoint Protection folder in Assets and Compliance.
is it possible that someone enabled it and disabled it again?

You have to review the log files and that should reveal if the EPP role was enabled or not.

Go to default client settings and select the Endpoint Protection. Is Manage Endpoint Protection client on client computers to Yes ?.
