NEW SCCM2012 R2 installation issue

Hi all,
I have setup a CAS with 2012 R2 sp1 and a PSS with sccm2012 sp2.I am facing following issues.
1.Not able upgrade PSS to 2012 R2 sp1.
2.PSS having DP role also.All shared folders have created automatically in PSS.SMSPKG,SMSPKGD$,SMSPKGSIG,SMSSIG#.
After downloading and distributing updates from CAS it is showing succcess.But all folders are not getting updated.New update files are not getting updated in above mentioned folders.Please help for further deployment.?
