PENDING SCCM with WSUS Offline

Hello Everyone

I have 2 setups of SCCM and WSUS one is with an Internet Connection and the other is offline. The online one is working fine download updates and distribute the connect.
My question is how can I upload the same updates to the offline so my pc and servers are there to get updated?

I have tried to export/import the metadata with wsusutil and the WSUS content folder, but I haven't had any luck.

Do I miss something?
