NEW SCCM WinPE didn't load SCCM-Menu

Hi,
I have the following problem after loading the SCCM-WinPe only the network dialog appears and then nothing is loaded, after a few seconds the WinPE is restarted.

Server:
Mangement-Point: sc-mp-01
Distribution-Point: sc-dp-01

Attached the smsts.log from the winpe
