SOLVED SCCM VERSION 5.00.9106.1000 PB TO DISCOVERY NEW DEVICE ON PREMISE WINDOWS 11

HELLO EVERYONE, I HAVE INTEGRATED INTO OUR SITE NEW WORKSTATIONS THAT HAVE NETWORK DISCOVERY ENABLED. HOWEVER, SCCM CANNOT PUSH PUSHING THE CLIENT ON ITS WORKSTATIONS, 90 PERCENT INCH OF ITS WORKSTATIONS ARE RUNNING WINDOWS 11 AND I HAVE THE ERROR BELOW.

First, using all Caps means you are yelling at people.
Secondly, Network discovery it meant for workgroup computers, and I have to truly seen it used in over 10 years.
Thirdly, You are getting an access denied error. Does the account have right?

i find solution by apply this below and all is down now :
so in resume Firewall port, WMI to adjust too > by GPO on premise AD server
