PENDING SCCM Upgrade to 2107 Assistance

Hi,

The current SCCM version is 5.00.9049.1000 "2103", and I wish to upgrade to 2107... its listed under the updates and servicing but when I click on download nothing happens I left it for 2 days and still nothing. I also tried to restarting the SMS Executive service several times. knowing that the .Net Framework version is 4.8.03761.
and when I checked on the dmpdownloader logs I found the below:
HasIntuneSubscription: Site has no Intune subscription. 11/30/2021 1:20:06 PM 2752 (0x0AC0)

Would really appreciate if you could assist me in this matter. thank you.

I don't see any errors in the dmpdownloader.log. Since you have mentioned that update 2107 is stuck in downloading for 2 days, can you try cmupdatereset - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/sccm-update-reset-tool-cmupdatereset-tool/

Thank you for your reply, I tried resetting it couple of times yesterday then checked for update and it came back again with a new GUID I followed exactly the document you've shared (CMUpdateReset.exe -S ). but the issue persists...

Hi

Delete the EasySetupPayload\<GUID>.cab (usually it will less kb) and try to restart SMS_EXECUTIVE service once.
