PENDING SCCM Upgrade 1810 stuck on install KB fix

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jerry from Szmatos.

We got issue . After install the main upgrade in the SCCM 1810, we stuck on install KB.

The symtoms are :

1. We push check prereqisisites.

2.Install stuck, after reboot SCCM , we still see "Checking prerequeistes" steps. KB SCCM 1810 Hotfix Rollup KB4486457 has been download ,but can't start install.

You should have an option to retry the installation if i am correct. Did you find out at what prerequisite step is the hotfix stuck ?. Go to Monitoring > Overview > Updates and Servicing Status.

Hello Desai,

Thank you for your feedback. We resolve the issue by updated the sql (removed problemantic KB).
