PENDING SCCM - Update Operating System has failed

Dear All,

I have an Issue while deploying the InPlace Upgrade of Windows 10 Build 1703. On some Computers i get the Errormessages below at SMSTS.LOG:

It started with the following Error:
Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0xC1900208 (decimal 3247440392). To identify the type of issue, lookup it against the table of known values of Windows Setup errors online. OSDUpgradeWindows 09.08.2017 16:53:24 2772 (0x0AD4)

What does it mean exactly?

I have tested with some other Computers in my Lab and it was successful. But not at the production Clients. There is no Antivirus installed. I*ve done an Uninstallation with the official Removal Tool of McAfee. I got it from the Support. The Source is Windows 7 Enterprise 64Bit and Windows 10 Enterprise 64Bit. The Target is Windows 10 Enterprise 64Bit Build 1703.
