PENDING SCCM update 2503 failed to reinstall SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANANGER

Hello,
After updating from 2409 to 2503, the installation for the Site Component Manger fails.

Service "SMS Agent Host" starts and stops after some time.

Sitecomp.log shows me the error
"Execution of "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\bin\x64\rolesetup.exe /install /siteserver:2BN-SCCM1.ENGAGEMENT-GLOBAL.DE" on server 2BN-SCCM1.ENGAGEMENT-GLOBAL.DE failed: Child process exited with non-zero code 102."

Already rebooted the Server, disabled Antivirus and Firewall.
Manuel execution the setup command did not work.

Need help here.

Seems like an issue with management point. Did you check the management point logs?. Upload the mpmsi.log and let's see what errors does it contain.

Yes, I looked at the mpmsi.log but couldn't see what is wrong.

Can someone help me?

This week I tried ConfigMgr Site Reset, reset IIS and started an old Backup from 2 months ago, still the same error with installing the MP on the first site Server.
