Hello, this is my 1st post on this forum, I hope I have chosen the right topic.

I have a problem when deploying some PCs in Windows 10. I have a task sequence which had no problem with the models I deployed before, and which in addition to the Windows 10 deployment, must deploy different applications. Problem, since the test of my task on my new PCs, some applications do not install. These are the largest applications (Autocad, Matlab ...). No worries for other applications.

When I observe my APPenforce.log log I see that my order to install my software is launched but the task ends with a timeout after 120 seconds (the software takes 15 minutes to install on my other workstations) .
If I connect on the pc I can see my content present in C: \ Windows \ ccmcache and I can install my software in a system context without worries (besides it installs very well on other pc).
When I look at the installation logs for my application, it looks like SCCM never tried to launch the application.

Have you already encountered the case of the same task sequence which reacts differently depending on the destination PC?
I specify that I boot in BIOS on my 2 PCs, so they seem to apply exactly the same sequence.

I specify that if I launch the installation myself via F8, the installation is launched without worries. For AppEnforce.log therefore indicates that it has launched the command if this is not the case?

I am under SCCM 1902.

I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to ask for help on this issue.
Regards.

What have you specified under App properties > deployment types > user experience > max allowed run time ?. Can you attach appenforce.log file.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the speed of this return.
Here is an attachment the AppEnforce_ok.log log on a pc where everything works well and the App_Enforce_nok.log log on Lenovo Thinkstation P330 PCs or it does not work (I tested the deployment on 2 models and same problem, knowing that we we just bought 50 so the deployment must necessarily work on this model).

You can observe the logs for the Matlab2013 application and for Autocad.

In User Experience I set a maximum execution time of 60 minutes for Matlab and 120 minutes for Autocad. You can see in the AppEnforce_ok.log log that this delay is more than enough.

I went yesterday in version 1910 on my SCCM and same problem.
I deployed a Windows 10 1909 OS instead of 1903 and the same problem also.

Hello, I found the solution. It was necessary to check the Execute installation box and uninstall the program as a 32-bit process on 64-bit clients.

Really strange that my application was functional on one type of pc and not another.
I found the solution because someone also had a problem on Matlab and Autocad specifically.

Regards.
