Hi,
I have an error with getting 3rd party updates to work on my Endpoint Manager.
The error i get is "STATMSG: (SRVMSG_SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT_CATALOG_DOWNLOAD_FAILED)." (SMS_ISVUPDATES.log)
SSL is not configured
I am able to browse to the catalog stores from the Endpoint Manager Server (https://download.lenovo.com/luc/v2/LenovoUpdatesCatalog2v2.cab)
Third Party Software Updates is enabled
I have "Configuration Manager Manages the certificate" ticked

I have also tried other catalog such as Dell and Adobe, They all give the same error.

When I Subscribe to the Catalog it works and says "Downloaded", I am then able to select which products I want from the Catalog (eg Models)
When I press Sync now that is when I get the error.

I have attached SMS_ISVUPDATES.log to this post.

1 Primary Site (Managment Role & Software Update Point Installed)

Any help would be great.

Thanks

check under administration / security / Certificate. if the certificate is blocked or not. if it is then just right click and unblock.

just wondering when you created the cataloge did you save the certificate to the trusted root certification authority and to trusted publishers ?

Hi,

I have checked and the certificate is unlocked
Also the certificate is saved in Trusted Root and Trusted Publishers.
I have removed and readded it but still the same error message
