NEW SCCM Task Sequences

Hi, I have a task Sequences for Windows 10 build which works find but I would like to include option to remove all of the apps exptect for Store, Calculator, sticky, Photos, MSPaint, modify the start menu and add shortcut to desktop e.g. Outlook, Word.

Is this possible?

Can you please share steps to do this
