Greetings

We have a working ConfigMgr OSD task sequence for deploying Windows 10 out to our corporate desktops and laptops. Majority of our computers are HP, however we have received a number of Microsoft Surface Laptop 2's, so updated our TS to deploy those systems. I have successfully created a driver package for the Surface 2 using the available MSI driver pack. I am encountering a situation where the TS fails at Setup Windows and Configuration Manager, but only for the Surface Laptop 2. The HP's all image fine. The error I get in the SMSTS log is
"Task sequence cannot continue after reboot because Task Sequence Manager is not configured to auto-start or GINA is not installed". I did see the post from Prajwal Desai on this same error, however in his case, the Setup Windows and Configuration Manager TS has not been moved nor disabled. I have tested imaging another HP laptop, and have no issues, however the Surface Laptop 2 fails for some reason.

Any ideas what could cause the Surface Laptop 2 to fail at this part of the TS?

Thanks!

Torbuck
