PENDING SCCM task sequence failed after updating the office application source

I have an existing task sequence for Windows 10 with office 365 application. I have recently updated the office content by excluding the teams and updated the content & redistributed. Now, the office is not getting installed. Did you notice this error earlier? any inputs?
