PENDING SCCM Task Sequence error 0x8007000f unable to find raw disk

hello,

I am trying to image some new Dell systems with windows10 usint SSD M.2 drives. my task sequence fails with error 0x8007000f. All posts I have read say to run disk part. I have tried running it and get error 0x80004005 or the same 0x8007000f. I have also tried to adding diskpart as a step in my task sequence. I am not sure if I am adding it right. does anyone have steps to add this. System Center 2012 R2
