Hi All

If this has been asked, before, I apologize. I did a search before posting and found nothing.

We have a team of 1st line support techs, who I'd like to give specific console access to.
Basically, what I’m trying to do is allow help desk staff to be able to add PCs to a ‘rebuilds' collection to allow them to be able to re-install PCs that already have an instance in the SCCM database, or to be able to delete a PC instance from the SCCM database so it can be PXE re-installed as an 'unknown' PC.

They should not be able to do anything else on the console.

Thanks in advance.

There is no direct answer for this, all you need to do is understand about role based administration and carry out testing and define the administrative scope for each administrative user -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/servers/deploy/configure/configure-role-based-administration
