PENDING SCCM stuck in deployment jobs and retry still failed as well

Hello,
We have issue with SCCM console stuck in deployment jobs and retry still failed.
But re-install of sccm client will fix this issue.
Is there any other way without re-install of sccm client to reset the queued jobs list from software center status past due.
Appreciate if you could help me to find way to address this issue.

So when you reinstall the client agent, the downloads work ?. I would need the client side log files to investigate this issue.
