I've been breaking my head on this issue for a few days now.
SCCM version 2403 (with the latest revised hotfix installed).
Site Server isn't hosting the SQL service. We have a dedicated SQL box.
Suddenly our SQL server was filling with folders called:
SMS_PrimaryServerName_SMS_SQL_Server0
SMS_PrimaryServerName_SMS_SQL_Server1
SMS_PrimaryServerName_SMS_SQL_Server2
etc..
Files in there:

In the folder the log states this:

There were no changes made. The site is in HTTPS (KPI) mode.
Firewall didn't have any changes
The site server is part of the local admins group.
I don't understand why it's trying to load a self-signed cert when the site is running in PKI mode.. I don't even know what it's trying to do.
None of the servers (Primary or SQL server have the self signed sms issuing certs.
Any help would be much appreciated. The few sites I found were pretty old about this issue and I think I had all requirements set already.
