PENDING SCCM Software Update Groups Cleanup

Hi All!

What could be the reason, that there are a lots old of SUGs in the SoftwareUpdatesGroup (2019-2020)?


I have chacked the settings:




So I think that it is correct, and I shouldn't see those old SUGs in the SoftwareUpdateGroup.
Anyway on the SCCM server WSUS-content folder size is too big ~625GByte!
Shall I run WSUS Clean wizard?

I think it will clear only the updates but not the groups it associate to?
Do you see any members in the SUGs (it is not in your screenshot)?

Yes, as advised by @pauljebastin, go to the old SUG and check what it contains.

I have check some SUG:


If the SUG not "100% percent compliant" they contain the "old" updates, but if the SUG 100% there is no any update.



So I have a question:
if an update was send in 2019, and the SUG which one contain it and not 100% compliant, they will waiting for? Wait for what? Can I delete these SUGs?
