PENDING SCCM Software center shows limited applications

Hello viewer,

I had upgraded the version of SCCM from 1511 to 1610, Its successful.

After Upgrading in the Software Center shows only limited applications (20) out of 50. In the Collection deployment its showing 50 apps, What about that 30?

What are the ways to check about the unadded applications in SC?

Can anyone face this? If knew share it will be more beneficiary.

Could you post screenshot, it would be helpful. I did not understand this "What are the ways to check about the unadded applications in SC?". What do you mean by unadded apps in software center ?.

In my machines already having the client agent version 1511, I had upgraded SCCM to 1610. Have to upgrade the clients also. So I created the device collection and installed the client by checking the 3 checkboxes as below,

i) Always install the client software
ii) Uninstall the existing configuration manager client before the client installed
iii) Install the specific software from the specified site

If I choosing the 2 option, From the client side software center showing only limited applications (20) but if I chosen the option 1 & 3 it installed all the applications (50) which are all deployed to that specific collection no problem in that case.
