NEW SCCM Software Center pre-define Option settings

Dear Experts,

Is there any chance that we can pre-define these attached options for end users? For example, set Business hours from 9:00AM to 18:00PM, etc?
My idea is to streamline these settings and then gray-out this option from Software center.
