PENDING SCCM software center patches stuck

Hello,
I have Deployed patches collection's fee system are Petches got installed out of system Still downloading

What could be reason
DP commication is good and free space ccmcashe
Let me fix it possible case's

Since how long the patches are stuck in downloading state ?. Are the patches distributed to local DP ?.
