PENDING SCCM Site Recovery + Distribution Issue

Hi All

I will try and give as much detail as possible here

Joined a company who has Sccm installed on a 2012 box. This server started acting funny and was not usable The control panel was missing, My computer was missing etc.

As a result I decided to do a site recovery. Backed up broken server, created new 2012 box with all updates, installed all requirements (Same SQL server, Bits,IIS etc) Put all drive letters back to same location, all sql logs and data same location. Content lib same location
Sccm successfully restores all the clients and all apps etc with all the distribution points (dp)

Site Status is all Green
Component status has two errors: SMS_Distribution_Manager and SMS_Package_Transfer_Manager

when i try to send content to any dp i am getting error codes like this from PkgXferMgr.log

CSendFileAction::SendFiles failed; 0x80070003 SMS_PACKAGE_TRANSFER_MANAGER 05/06/2018 21:01:14 4116 (0x1014)
CSendFileAction::SendContent failed; 0x80070003 SMS_PACKAGE_TRANSFER_MANAGER 05/06/2018 21:01:14 4116 (0x1014)

I also get errors regarding rights and/or disk space issue

Any Ideas ?

Have you verified that the content actually exists in the location specified in content library on the primary site server?. The second screenshot says unable to get volume information, did you verify is the drive accessible ?. Also see if any AV or security software is blocking the content transfer.
