Dears,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with our TEST domain. (Site System) Here are the relevant details:

  • Domains Involved:
    • Primary.com (Primary Domain)
    • DEV.com (Development Domain)
    • Test.com (TEST Domain)
  • Issue Description: We are experiencing an "Access Denied" error for the site system of TEST (username or password incorrect) for both MP and DP site systems. Despite confirming that connectivity, ports, username, and password settings are correct and operational, the issue persists.
  • Current Status: All TEST domain users are currently offline, and the site system for TEST is not accessible.
Could you please advise on any further steps or recommendations to resolve this issue?
