I wonder if it possible to create a security role to only administration a Task Sequences ?

It's not a problem. I try to get permission to different users. ;-)

since the security right will vary widely from one company to another company, i would start to create you own role and grant the permissions that you want to give. Then if you get stuck come back and seek help.
