SOLVED SCCM Remote Tool Keeps Disconnecting

company deploy win10 to users, sccm 2012

but use sccm remote tool to remote win10(1803 or 1809) client machine. it will disconnect 1-2 minutes later. and the client machine account show "locked" (same display as press win+L)

but remote to win7 client, no issue.

can give some suggestion?

Can you attach CmRcService log from one of the affected machines ?.

CM12 doesn't support Windows 10.
