PENDING SCCM - Remote Control connection Failure

I setup a user to have remote control access to a device. The user has the remote control operator role. However, when attempting to connect to the device via CMRCVIEWER.exe, it fails. Here are the error messages including the logs.

I'm not sure how to resolve this. Please provide a solution.

Kindly check if User running remote control viewer, added to GEN1042-20 remote control viewer group / local admin group
also check below GPO setting...
