PENDING SCCM query for Windows Server 2016

My SCCM device list don't display PC's related to windows 2016 servers.
Please help.

Is it a manual collection devices?
Try to find these servers on "All systems" collection.

Is it manual collection (query or direct)? Can you see Windows Servers 2016 in All Systems collection? If collection try use Update Membership (by right-click collection). Go to Administration -> Discovery Methods -> Active Directory System Discovery and right-click to "Run Full Discovery Now".
