Hi all,

I have a newly created DP. It was deployed successfully without any errors. I had an issue where it did not want to PXE boot at all, I remove the PXE & WDS option from the DP. I re-enabled PXE and waited for WDS to get installed and waited for the "RemoteInstall" folder to get created and updated. Now new clients can PXE but I am having some issues :
  1. Retrieving the policy to choose a TS takes 10-15min - I can live with this.
  2. When it starts to deploy the OS ( install.wim) it looks like it is pulling/downloading it from the site server and not the local DP.
    1. This is an issue as the site server is located in Zurich and the DP is in Mauritania ( North Africa).
    2. I have distributed all the Boot images and OS and application install files to the DP.
    3. The option to choose outside the Boundary should the package not be available on the Local DP is not selected due to the bandwidth issue.
Is there something I am missing?

Thanks
Roelof

I removed the MP from the Boundary group and only left the local DP. This seems to have done the trick. The .WIM file was downloaded in seconds.
